Airwaves Ducati :: 2005 British Superbike Champions

The 2007 finale and the 2008 new era..

Airwaves Ducati rider Gregorio Lavilla took a brilliant double victory in the final round of the Bennetts British Superbike Championship at Brands Hatch. Leon Haslam completed the season with a 4th and 5th place finish.

Greg was delighted to end his season with a double win saying, "It is amazing to finish the year like this. I would like to thank all the fans and the team for their support. I will take such happy memories away from today, I love to see the fans enjoying the victories, the UK is a second home to me and today's win is for them and the team, they are all fantastic." 

And so the team completed their third year in BSB with Gregorio and Leon Haslam consistently performing on the Ducati 999F06. It was another hard fought year for the Airwaves Ducati riders, some exceptional performances resulted in a 3^rd and a 4^th place finish in the championship for Leon and Greg repectively.
