This is at the heart of the GSE construction group.  The company has become synonymous, among its numerous national contractor client base with quality, safety and on-time delivery of major projects up to £5 million.

GSE Design and Build Ltd

As a well established design and build contractor and general contractor, providing the full construction package from the design stage through to completion and handover.

With a portfolio which includes commercial, industrial, local authority, and residential projects, both new build schemes and major refurbishment works ranging from £50,000 to £6.5 million in value;  GSE Design and Build Ltd’s reputation for delivering high quality finished projects, on-time and on-budget has made GSE Design and Build Ltd a major operator across the region.  Key to performance are in-house mechanical and electrical services, a range of direct labour trades and the small but industrious minor works division, already rivalling larger contractors

GSE Haulage Ltd

GSE Haulage Ltd’s fleet of tippers has been specifically configured to cope with the wide ranging demands of today’s construction industry. From bulk earth-moving to specialist gravel supply and commercial waste disposal; the vehicles are fully equipped for all types of site work.

Customers are provided with a dedicated supply and disposal services.  The vehicles are available for sub-contract haulage or day-work and can be used to haul such diverse materials as road salt to equestrian sand.  The 20 strong silver-liveried fleet, covering one million miles annually, are a regular sight throughout the road network of Kent and Sussex, and with cutting edge hydrogen technology, the company works cleaner and leaner than any of it’s competitors

Kent Land Reclamation Ltd

Key to the group’s sustainability is it’s ability to manage it’s own construction waste, and this forms a key part of the business of Kent Land Reclamation.  Additionally, the company carries out remediation of brownfield sites and landfill restoration,  all to the latest environmental legislative standards

GSE Plant Ltd

Operating from two purpose-built depots at Ashford and Gillingham, GSE Plant Ltd serves the South East’s building and construction sectors with one of the most modern and well-maintained hire fleets in the area. Made up exclusively of leading brands in all product groups, the equipment has been carefully selected to meet the demands of the construction industry.

GSE Plant Ltd is a specialist plant hire company where the plant fleet consists of over 150 excavators, ranging from the one ton mini excavator to the large 20 tonne machines, our excavator fleet is complimented with a large fleet of dumpers up to nine tonne, telescopic handlers and ride on rollers. All of our equipment is available with skilled operators holding the necessary certificates or alternatively, the plant can be offered on a self drive basis. To meet the demands of the recycling sector of the construction industry, GSE Plant Ltd has invested in a new tracked jaw crusher, suitable for all artificial hard materials including tarmac. Depending on the type of material that requires crushing, it has an output of up to 150 tonnes per hour.

GSE Cheriton Parc Ltd and GSE Waterbrook Ltd

GSE Cheriton Parc Ltd and GSE Waterbrook Ltd are the land and property development companies within the Group.  Owning and developing a total of 200 acres across Kent including: Waterbrook, Ashford, Cheriton Parc, Folkestone and the Hythe Imperial Hotel, a 100 bed four star hotel with a nine-hole golf course.

Drawing on our wide in-house experience these companies has expertise in: feasibility studies; initial design; planning application submission; full design and build packages and management of construction process.
